New Blog For Thoughtman.com
This is the first post and a bit of test for blog. I'm going to posting here when I can about updates to the FadeToBlack video editor for Microsoft Windows. FadeToBlack has not has been updated for a long time (almost 5 years now). I'm going to resurrect it and fix a few outstanding bugs, including a refresh of the website, some parts of which no longer work. Currently, I have no major plans for new versions of FadeToBlack. We'll see how it goes.

I've been using FTB for almost 5 years without a major problem until now. It suddenly wouldn't open at all. After some research I found that if I renamed the file ffdshow.ax in Windows\System32 then FTD would work OK (I don't know yet the effect this will have on other programs)
